FOIA Request Forms
Palos Township endeavors to make access to public records as easy as possible. For your convenience, we have provided you with three options for requesting information.
Read below before you file a request!
Palos Township DOES NOT maintain any of the following records:
- Police Department Records or Reports including (but not limited to) incident reports; Investigation Reports; Death Investigations, Police fines of any type, Red light camera records; Video footage; maintenence records or any other record related to a red light camera.
- Fire Department Records or reports including (but not limited to) Fire Investigation Reports, fire inspection reports or any other fire department records/documents.
- Building Department Records including (but not limited to) building permit applications; building permits; plats; surveys; construction permits or applications, commercial records, lot records or any other building or zoning records, any violation notices or fines of any type related to buildings or zoning lots.
- Business records including (but not limited to) business licenses, business license applications or any other business regulatory related forms, documents or information.
- Utility Records including (but not limited to) Water billing records; utility bills; delinquency reports or any other record related to utility billing.
- Tax records including (but not limited to) delinquency records; assessment reports or any other documents related to taxes or assessments.
- Environmental records including (but not limited to) soil tests, water and sewer tests; hazmat reports or any other records relating to environmental issues.
- Vehicle Records including (but not limited to) license plates; vehicle sticker records; traffic tickets; parking tickets; vehicle impounding or any other records related to traffic or vehicles.
