Cook County Assessor Appeal Now Open 4/26-5/23/2024

The Cook County Assessor Appeal is now open at Palos Township from 4/26-5/23.

The general forms are conveniently available in the Township Lobby located at 10802 Roberts Road, Palos Hill, IL. Once the form is completed, you can simply drop in the "Completed" tray and go about your day as comparable properties will be located and the appeal will be filed online. 

If the property was purchased in 2021, 2022, 2023 or 2024 then a copy of the Closing Disclosure needs to be attached. 

Please note PLEASE NOTE THAT APPEALS FOR CONDOS AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ARE NOT COMPLETED HERE. The appeals can also be done online for commercial and condo associations. CONDO APPEALS CAN ONLY BE DONE HERE IF YOU ARE BASING OFF A RECENT PURCHASE!!!
